Welcome To Taageer Foundation
Thousands of individuals are observed sleeping under the sky without a roof each day. Do we wonder who they are? Why don’t they have a place to live? Why aren’t the government and other civil society organizations doing more for them? To search for answers to these questions, Taageer Foundation’s effort to help the homeless began in Somalia. We raised awareness about homelessness and provided help to the poor community back-home, particularly those without a home. The major goal of the Taageer Foundation is to reduce homelessness while also increasing the quality of life, creating good sanitary conditions, safe communities, and utilizing the effort and energy of volunteers. The Taageer Foundation’s concept includes offering dignity to neglected and poor people and connecting volunteers with the communities they are assisting. Every year, we deal closely with thousands of homeless individuals. We give critical assistance to those who are trying to rebuild their lives. Their specific needs and situations determine the way we assist someone. It might be helping them with constructing a house and settling in, learning new skills and finding employment, or assisting them with their health and well-being. We advocate for the changes needed to eradicate homelessness for good with the help of homeless individuals and Taageer Foundation supporters.
Our mission is to improve the standard of living for the homeless and other vulnerable citizens by providing housing and rehabilitation, health, education, job, and citizenship rights.

Our Services
Donation
You can donate the money with a Visa or MasterCard online. You can also arrange a pick-up of a cheque or cash. You can donate by making a payment or a money order payable to the “Taageer Foundation.” Call or complete out the online donation form to have these cheques delivered to your door. You can also send your cheque to our address through post. Any of the banks listed below accept direct deposits or transfer into our accounts.
Fundraising
The Foundation works with funders, the government, businesses, universities, and community organizations to develop innovative strategies and solutions for the region’s most critical issues. As a result, a series of initiatives and funding has been established to promote good change in housing, education, the environment, health, and human services. Volunteer
The Taageer Foundation is dedicated to making each volunteer’s experience rewarding and productive. We provide well-structured volunteer programs, as well as the essential training and exposure. The goal is to provide meaningful volunteer experiences to the persons who wish to make a significant impact in the lives of Somalis who are less fortunate. COVID-19 SOPs and guidelines are followed strictly in our foundation. Our volunteers’ and community members’ safety and security are essential and we are striving to prioritize it.
